Come and see the stars and even planets as you have probably never seen them before. Following last year’s marvellous stargazing event, here are two more chances to see the night sky through powerful telescopes with experts on hand to show you what to look out for. One of England’s great astronomers, James Bradley, who was astronomer royal from 1741 is buried in the churchyard next door. Perhaps a future astronomer will be inspired by seeing what’s out there. Bring a torch and meet on the cricket pitch, avoiding the playing area.
