Choux pastry masterclass

Fabien Ecuvillon, pastry chef and owner of La Bakerie, will share with you the secret of making the perfect choux pastry. His demonstration will include creating a profiterole crumble and ice cream dessert, famous French chouquettes and La Bakerie’s chocolate eclairs. You will also have a chance to sample these tasty treats alongside our La Bakerie Rooftop Honey.
